Yolanda Ruisánchez Gruendel, J.D., PCC
Yolanda has over 15 years' experience developing and coaching professionals, leaders, and their teams. She offers a combination of clarity, candor, and kindness to help discern what is possible for individuals and their organizations and to raise the difficult questions that often must be addressed in order to create better results.
She understands first-hand the demands professionals and leaders face through her own experiences leading change, improving the effectiveness of teams, and developing and supporting rising and seasoned leaders. She also knows the courage it takes to confront setbacks and learn and grow from them.
For over 20 years, Yolanda served as an antitrust attorney and then leader in the federal government. To address a need in her organization, she began training and

developing professionals and leaders and found this work highly rewarding. She started coaching individuals as a way to help them improve their performance and navigate professional and leadership transitions, not realizing it would lead eventually to her own career transition.
Yolanda earned a B.S., with distinction, from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce, a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center, and a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership. She is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation. Yolanda was born in Spain, raised in the United States, and resides in the Washington, DC area with her family.
